About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and accountable Customer Service Advisor to join our Logistics team in Nottingham. As part of this team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer concerns and complaints, building strong relationships with customers, and working closely with internal teams to meet operational processes and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders received from customers through the SAP system to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage customer concerns/complaints/supply issues by ensuring effective communication, trend analysis to facilitate in development of corrective actions, and follow up to ensure close out of issues, and effectively manage communication on progress with customers.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with Customers.
