We are currently recruiting for the position of Engineering CNC Technician at Staffline Branches.

This exciting opportunity requires the successful candidate to possess experience in CNC grinding or turning, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Setting up and operating CNC grinding or turning machines to produce high-quality components.
  2. Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance with drawing specifications and company standards.
  4. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive team culture.
  5. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in CNC grinding or turning, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset, with a commitment to excellence and success.

Salary Range: Estimated annual salary between £45,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience.
