Job Title: Activation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activation Specialist to join our team. As an Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Diageo brands in on-trade venues, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers, including pubs, bars, and restaurants
  • Provide training and support to customers on Diageo brands and products
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the drinks industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Diageo brands and products
