Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Process Improvement Expert to collaborate with our Head of Finance and implement consistent financial processes across VanRath. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Head of Finance in developing and implementing financial processes
  2. Standardise and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  3. Monitor and review compliance with company policies and procedures
  4. Work closely with internal teams and external bodies to achieve financial goals
  5. Assist with the annual audit process and complete regulatory filings
Qualifications and Skills
  • Part-qualified Assistant Accountant (Practice or industry)
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingsness to travel to other office locations when needed

Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
