Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Alison Gray Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term work with the possibility of a permanent contract.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking, loading, and managing inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• Picking and loading orders efficiently
• Managing inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, plus a bonus scheme that can increase your earnings to £16.50 per hour once you reach higher targets.
