About the Role

University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of our clinical strategy team, you will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes, experience, and access to care.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering change projects, working closely with services across the organisation and clinical, managerial, and operational teams. This will involve facilitating meetings, groups, and workshops to encourage and enthuse others to implement change.

Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or equivalent experience, knowledge and application of a recognised service improvement technique, and evidence of further training or study. You will also need to have project management experience, facilitation skills, and experience at junior management level.
