  • Initial six-month period working under delegated authority in medical malpractice, gaining a comprehensive understanding of this niche scheme.
  • Transition to commercial combined aspect of the business, managing your own renewal list and evolving into a standard commercial broker role.
  • Presenting to clients, conducting client meetings, and engaging in business development and market research.
