About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes across the region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care on each shift, at every location.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome new residents and ensure a smooth transition into our care homes
  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to the residents' physical and mental needs
  • Enhance the skills of your team members through training and development
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards
