CloudCo Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a high-profile transformation program for an Energy & Utilities client in Bristol.

You will play a key role in leading the configuration and implementation of a complex Sales & Service Cloud solution and be responsible for:

  • Designing, enhancing and maintaining automations using flows and process builder to drive improvements across the CRM performance.
  • Architecting and building custom objects, fields, page layouts and lightning pages to meet business requirements.
  • Building advanced reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics.
  • Developing and implementing robust security models to ensure data integrity.
  • Configuring and customizing lightning experience interfaces to enhance user experience.
  • Working closely with the wider team to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Developing and conducting training sessions for users and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues and fixing root causes for technical business problems.

We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator who is a self-motivated team player with significant project-based implementation experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are ideally looking for the following qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Advanced Administrator (desired)
  • Certified Service Cloud Consultant (desired)

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a high-profile Salesforce transformation program and is for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
