Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Team Manager to lead our clinical teams in delivering outstanding care and ensuring the highest standards of governance within our care home.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the nursing and care teams in delivering high-quality clinical care that meets the needs and expectations of our residents.
  2. Evaluate and improve our clinical practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
  3. Provide expert clinical guidance, mentoring, and training to staff members, promoting their professional development and enhancing their skills.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to manage nursing teams effectively, and passion for promoting best nursing practices.
  • Familiarity with audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance frameworks.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £24 per hour. As a full-time position, this equates to approximately £48,000 per annum, depending on the number of hours worked.
