Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Intrum Justitia. As a Financial Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to customers who are struggling financially, offering tailored solutions and expert advice to get them back on track.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to identify their financial challenges and develop personalized plans to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of debt management options and associated benefits.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely resolution of issues.
  • Easily commute to our Surrey office, with a flexible working pattern.

Requirements:

  • You should have experience in customer service, preferably in a financial setting.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • You must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines as needed.
