Key Responsibilities:

As a Composite Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting and bonding structural composite components to the highest quality levels. You will work closely with manufacturing engineering to develop work instructions and participate in design for manufacture meetings for new parts/projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards on all manufactured composites components, and proactively contributing to develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience of trimming/fitting a broad range of composite materials in the Motorsport / F1 industry, as well as experience with using air tools, hand tools, and adhesives. They will also be able to read and understand detailed technical drawings, and have a methodical and thorough approach to work with excellent attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, and 25 days holiday.
