Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, working effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients, supporting their loved ones and contributing to a positive patient experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver continuing care to a specified group of patients, from admission to discharge.
- Supervise and develop other members of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Maintain personal development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Critical Care team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be an active member of the multidisciplinary team, using professional judgment and assuming responsibility for assessing, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for patients.
Person Specification- NMC Registered Level 1 Adult Nurse
- Commitment to personal professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Participate effectively in a group discussion within the clinical arena
- Evidence of recent study at level 6/7 and ongoing professional development
- Demonstrable post-registration experience working with acutely unwell adults
- Ability to make autonomous clinical decisions in the best interest of the patient
