Operative Maintenance Coordinator

Become part of our dynamic team as an Operative Maintenance Coordinator and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to develop your skills and career. As an Operative Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for controlling and mixing materials in accordance with strict specifications, reading and following SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Instruction sheets when mixing raw materials, and maintaining a clean, dry and organised work environment.
You will also be required to move raw materials around the warehouse, weighing between 20kg to 25kg. This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of energy and attention to detail.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.44 - £11.94 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 28 days annual leave, flexible bank holiday leave, Christmas and New Year's close, NEST pension scheme, life assurance, ideas box with a chance of a bonus, line targets with a chance of a bonus, training, development and company progression available, and on-site parking.
