Senior Forensic Psychologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Practitioner Psychologist to work in a senior role within our Forensic Intensive Recovery and Support Team (FIRST). The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of people who have experienced forensic inpatient services and committed to the development and delivery of a high-quality, psychologically informed service and pathway.
Main Duties of the Job
The FIRST Practitioner Psychologist will provide a highly specialist psychology service to service users supported by FIRST and ensure the community forensic service overall is of the highest quality. They will provide highly specialist psychological advice, guidance, and consultation to other professionals to ensure effective decisions are made about interventions, risk management plans, and future care pathways for service users in forensic inpatient services, including out of area placements, and in the community with FIRST.
