Job Description
As a dedicated Scrub Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across various services in a fast-paced theatre environment. You will lead a team and make influential decisions to ensure seamless operations within the theatre department.
You will support and contribute to the theatre's success by working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration is essential.
- Ideal candidates will have 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, although this is not mandatory.
- A passion for learning and development opportunities is highly valued.
- Flexibility with shift patterns is required to support the theatre department's needs.
