We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Higford School. As a member of our close-knit team, you will contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students with autism and associated needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs. Your key responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson preparation, supervising students during activities, and providing emotional and physical support to ensure their well-being.

Working Arrangements

As a Teaching Assistant at Higford School, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract. You will be based in our school located in the beautiful Shropshire countryside.
