Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the management and execution of construction projects through the whole project life cycle, utilizing best practice methodology.
  2. Establish and build positive and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders.
  3. Act as lead Client interface in providing service delivery, demonstrating your role as a key stakeholder, account lead, and first point of contact.
  4. Responsibility for the commercial success of projects placed under your control, including the effective and efficient management of project accounts, governance, and resource requirements.
  5. Line management responsibility within the team, managing workload while providing guidance, leadership, and technical expertise to your reports.
  6. Work with regional and UK sector and accounts leads to drive the development of new business opportunities in line with business strategy while optimizing market opportunities for new or repeat business.
  7. Stay up-to-date with legal and technical matters relevant to the work and the law of the region or country in which you practice.
  8. Apply the fundamentals of quality assurance and environmental management in compliance with the organization's policies.
  9. Develop your understanding of the organization's policies and arrangements for managing your own personal safety while at work.
  10. Enhance the brand and deliver the vision by interfacing with the wider business, including Property and Engineering services.
  11. Manage stakeholders effectively.
  12. Apply commercial acumen.
  13. Have strong NEC Contract knowledge and infrastructure experience.
