Christmas Team Member Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Christmas Team Member to join our vibrant store teams in Glasgow for our peak trading period.

As a Christmas Team Member, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, maximising sales, and contributing to daily and weekly store targets. You will also support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process

Requirements

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands
  • Great communicator, able to positively engage with customers
  • Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas
  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
