Key Responsibilities:

* Support the team in managing vehicle downtime
* Communicate with customer and supplier teams

* Monitor and report on customer VORs
* Control maintenance trends
* Demonstrate proactive management of vehicle downtime

Requirements:

* Time served as an HGV/LGV Technician and/or Workshop Controller
* Extensive knowledge of maintenance standards for LGV and HGV vehicles
* NVQ Level 3 or BTec equivalent in Light and/or Heavy goods vehicle maintenance
* Previous experience in a busy maintenance control room environment
* IT literate and able to produce reports
* Flexible attitude in providing solutions to problems
