Job Title: Year 4 Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 4 class teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a dedicated and enthusiastic educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and providing a supportive learning environment for our students.

About the Role:
  • Teach Year 4 classes with a focus on creating a rich and engaging curriculum
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants to deliver unique lessons
  • Utilize formative and summative assessment to maximize pupil progress
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • UK qualified teacher status
  • Experience of working as a teacher within the last 10 years
  • Ability to differentiate content for pupils with SEND
  • Good behavior management skills
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
