In this role, you will:
- Serve as a Cover Supervisor: Step in during short-term teacher absences, ensuring that students continue learning with the materials provided.
- Maintain a High-Quality Learning Environment: While you won't be teaching, marking, or planning, your role is critical in maintaining classroom focus and structure.
- Immerse in School Life: Participate in various school activities, contributing to a positive educational experience for students.
- Subject Areas: Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, Ethics and Philosophy/Religious Education, Modern Foreign Languages, Technology, or your passion-driven subject.
- Daily Reflection: Keep a journal to document and reflect on your experiences, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
