About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial General Counsel to join our UK legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience working in-house or in practice, with a strong background in commercial contract negotiations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice to stakeholders.

As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with our General Counsel to develop and implement legal strategies that support the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting complex contracts, providing guidance on compliance and ethics, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

In addition to your technical skills and expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
