We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn in Eastbourne Town Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
