We are seeking an experienced and skilled BMW Technician to join our team at Douglas Park BMW in Hillington. As a key member of our After Sales Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.

About the Role

As a BMW Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on BMW vehicles
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be a qualified and time-served Vehicle Technician
  • Have experience of working in a similar role
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Have an ability to work efficiently on all areas of servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Be able to consistently maintain high-quality standards
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction
  • Have a full driving license
