Safety Officer Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in case data management, reconciliation, or vigilance IT project management. Strong IT skills and significant training in case data management are essential for this position. The ability to work in English and French at a professional level is also required.
This role involves performing quality checks on PV cases, ensuring that English translations have been properly performed. You will be responsible for maintaining a local tracker of individual safety reports and acting as a subject matter expert on case management activities. Additionally, you will adhere to regulatory timelines for submitting safety reports to local health authorities and communicate any potential delays to the appropriate teams.
The successful candidate will also establish and maintain local indicators on compliance with safety report submissions. They will support local health authority inspections and audits, respond to queries during the conduct, and collaborate with the global team to develop CAPA plans as applicable. Furthermore, they will provide PV clauses for inclusion in local agreements and contribute to the PSMF with contracts-related information.
