Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Filton site. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team delivering 24/7 maintenance to a CNC machine shop. You will ensure that PPM is completed on time while supporting with operational requirements. You will drive asset uptime and reliability through tactical and strategic activities, drive HSE culture and ensure all requirements are met, support quality and manufacturing engineering in delivering right first time components, collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement activities, manage financial budget to maximize value, manage contractors and ensure services are delivered in line with expectations, and plan and manage maintenance and overhauls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team delivering 24/7 maintenance to a CNC machine shop
- Ensure PPM is completed on time while supporting with operational requirements
- Drive asset uptime and reliability through tactical and strategic activities
- Drive HSE culture and ensure all requirements are met
- Support quality and manufacturing engineering in delivering right first time components
- Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement activities
- Manage financial budget to maximize value
- Manage contractors and ensure services are delivered in line with expectations
- Plan and manage maintenance and overhauls
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and verbal and non-verbal communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team, and be data-driven and flexible in your approach. You will also need to have a tertiary education, manufacturing experience, data analysis skills, IT skills, problem-solving skills, an engineering background, and contractor management experience.
