Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Ticehurst House. As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our mental health services.

**Salary:** £35,292 per annum + welcome bonus £7,000

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individual care plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
