Job OpportunityThe role of Insurance Transition Coordinator presents an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in Commercial Insurance. The position offers a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance virtual and office-based work.
This is a pivotal moment for us as we continue to grow and evolve. As an Insurance Transition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping our future success.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate the transition of new clients, global programmes, and effectively communicate with the Aon global client network (AGCN)
- Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, place new risks, and cover extensions
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with Insurers and Clients
- Identify revenue development opportunities on allocated Client accounts and make recommendations
- Implement recommended changes for Clients, as required
- Negociate fees/basis on remuneration
- Undertake negotiations with insurers as agreed, marketing & negotiating terms with the Aon Facilities as required
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Motor and Liability knowledge, with a broad understanding of all classes of Corporate insurance
- Able to work independently while managing multiple new business referrals
- Working towards or have the desire to undertake Insurance exams
