Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Little Shipmates Group Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Practitioner or established Leader to progress in their Childcare career and further develop their skills and experience.

• Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children in the Baby Room (Under 2's)
• Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the welfare and safety of children
• Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
• At least 3 years' experience in childcare, preferably in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children
