Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at McMullen's & Sons. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our menu to a high standard, maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards, and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• Prepare and serve our menu to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards, completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Receive and store food deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste
• Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to company standards and regulations

• Previous experience of working within a busy kitchen environment
• Positive, hands-on approach and good communication skills
