At Fairmont St. Andrews, we are seeking a skilled Golf Course Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Greenkeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily running and maintenance of our 2 championship golf courses meet the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the daily maintenance of the golf courses, including the use of machinery and equipment.
  • Implementing Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Applying fertilizers, chemicals, and irrigation substances correctly.
  • Maintaining the golf course to the required standards.
  • Observing COSHH and Health and Safety regulations at all times.
  • Carrying out general Greenkeeping duties as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures.

You will be based within the hotel grounds and will be required to work in all weather conditions. Your hours will be worked in shifts, which may require work during the day, at night, at weekends, and on public holidays as designated by the Company.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is able to work as part of a team, but also has the ability to work independently. Previous Greenkeeping experience is desirable, and candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. We are recruiting all levels, with salary based on experience.
