About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Sodexo in Dundee. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality dishes to our corporate colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and create mouth-watering dishes with a focus on perfection
  • Develop and implement exciting and seasonal menus
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety
  • Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards

Package Details
  • Monday to Thursday 7am to 3.30pm, Friday 7am to 12pm
  • 37 hours per week
  • £13.50 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • 28 days Holiday increasing to 33 days with service (including Bank Holidays)
