Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Spalding depot. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, operating technical equipment, and adhering to safety management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Operating and managing technical equipment
  • Adhering to safety management standards
  • Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
Working Hours and Pay:

We offer a range of shift patterns, including 10-hour shifts from 8pm to 6am. Pay rates vary depending on the day of the week, with rates starting at £11.64 per hour.
