Chief Accommodation Officer

Auchrannie Resort, a unique destination on the Isle of Arran, Scotland, seeks an exceptional leader to spearhead our guest service and operational excellence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Revenue and Systems Director, leading teams across Reception, Reservations, Groups and Events, Country Club, and Spa. This role demands a strategic thinker who can oversee every aspect of the guest experience, from pre-arrival to departure.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example, ensuring seamless transitions and outstanding guest experiences.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
• Develop and support managers to achieve clear succession plans for Front of House teams and the wider Resort.
• Motivate and train Front of House staff to deliver unparalleled guest service and optimize room sales.
• Analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and capitalizing on new revenue streams.
• Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, elevate guest feedback, and reduce departmental costs.
• Oversee staffing resource planning, rotas, and recruitment to meet business needs.
