**Retail Leader Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Retail Leader to join our team at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd.

About the Role:

  • As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
  • You will take accountability for ensuring that correct procedures and processes are followed at all times.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service standards on all sites is a key requirement of the role.
  • Stock counts must be completed accurately and within the given time frame.
  • Team productivity must be monitored and improved where possible.

Requirements:

  • A Full Driving License is essential.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel is necessary.
  • Basic IT skills are required.
  • The ability to remain focused under pressure is essential.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel are required.

Salary:** Up to £33,480 per annum (£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance)
