As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers adopt and utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive business value. This includes providing technical guidance, support, and advocacy to ensure customers achieve the greatest value from AWS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing field support to resolve customer inquiries regarding AWS services or cloud.
- Completing analysis and presenting periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
- Providing detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning.
- Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
- Fostering trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Leading technical discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Working directly with AWS global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, Linux or Windows system administration, networking, CDN, database, DevOps, BigData, Analytics, AI, ML, Security, Open Source, or Web Application Development. Strong customer focus and bias for action, as well as business communication skills in Korean, are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings, external customer-facing experience as a technical lead, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
