Advanced Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our staff bank, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care across our hospitals and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise and practice autonomously in the absence of medical cover.
- Complete assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of direct care to patients.
- Engage with external agencies to provide a high-quality service for patients and their carers.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality services within Northumbria Healthcare.
- 1st Level Live Registered Nurse
- Registered Mentor
- Degree level study with ongoing/continuing professional development
- ENB998/730 or equivalent.
