- Draft, advise on, and negotiate agreements, including contracts of employment and settlement agreements.
- Advising on complex and routine legal cases involving employment matters.
- Manage employment litigation with the support of external counsel.
- Review and advise on HR processes and policies.
- Partner with members of our Legal team and other functional stakeholders.
- A strong academic background and legal knowledge.
- 8+ years of PQE and a professional legal qualification in the UK.
- Knowledge of employment law, data protection, and TUPE matters.
- Strong commercial capability and awareness.
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively.
