Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Barnsley site. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining production plant and equipment, performing planned and preventative maintenance, and resolving day-to-day machine breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of production plant and equipment
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Day-to-day machine breakdown resolution
- Working a 4-shift rota, 7 days a week
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years industrial experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Computer literacy with experience of CMMS systems
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Willingness to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department
