Key Stage One Teaching Assistant

TLTP Education is currently working with a Primary school in Redbridge. The school are looking to recruit a Key Stage One Teaching Assistant to support classroom behaviour and general learning and understanding of students. The successful applicant will need to have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum and be able to cater to the different learning needs within the class and styles of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
About the School:
This primary school is based in Redbridge and provides education for children from the age of 3 up to 11. The school has an enthusiastic and positive environment for both staff and students alike. The school holds high expectations for their staff and offers on-site parking as well as strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport.
Requirements:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential
Both General and SEN Teaching Assistants required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
