• Grill Section Management: You will be responsible for managing the grill section, including cooking, preparing, and presenting food to the highest standards.
• Health and Safety: You will ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that customer feedback is acted upon.
• Team Leadership: You will work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other team members to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Stock and COGS Management: You will be responsible for managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Compliance: You will ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with.
• Service Improvement: You will work to continually improve the service and restaurant's performance, including implementing new ideas and initiatives.
