### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the delivery of property projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
* Proactively manage health, safety, and environmental impacts to maintain a safe and compliant workplace
* Manage project programmes of work and monitor financial performance through MI reporting
* Manage contractor quality and performance through audit and inspection processes
* Engage and manage stakeholders to determine and agree on scope and design requirements

### Requirements

* Experience in project delivery, including safety management, time and budget management, and communication skills
* Relevant experience of project delivery within a construction/property environment
* Knowledge of building hard services (mechanical/electrical/elements of structure)
* Awareness of building-related statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance activities
