About the Role

Care Concern Group is a dynamic organization that is growing rapidly, creating new opportunities in our head office.

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team of 6, reporting directly to the Sales Ledger Supervisor.

This is a permanent position that requires someone who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment, meeting stringent deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise high volumes of sales invoices
  • Perform customer account reconciliations
  • Open new customer accounts and close accounts with full reconciliation
  • Resolve customer queries regarding account discrepancies
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external teams
  • Resolve queries and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Excellent data entry skills with speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Sage 200 & Xero is preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized and a completer-finisher
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • A problem solver with the ability to take initiative
What We Offer
  • Salary between £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
  • 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
  • 25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays
  • Onsite parking
  • Pension
