Job Summary
LTF Recruitment is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Westminster, W9. As a calm and supportive educator, you will provide essential guidance to two Year 5 pupils who require additional emotional support. By working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement tailored strategies to enhance their academic and social development.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with pupils, teachers, and other school staff.
  2. Provide academic support and reinforcement to students, ensuring they stay engaged and focused.
  3. Work closely with the SENCO to monitor pupil progress and develop effective strategies to address their emotional and social needs.


Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • A calm and patient demeanour, with a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.


Estimated salary: £95,200 per annum.
