About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Shaftesbury. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Administer personal care and medication as required
  • Cover sleep-in sessions and receive additional pay
