Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our support staff team. As a Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to employees, pupils, parents, governors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first aid support and supervise students as required.
  • Liaise with the finance team to replenish stock and maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and Well-being room are clean and tidy.
  • Assist with invigilation of examinations and lunch or break duties as required.
  • Support the administrative team by covering reception and reprographics duties.

Tibshelf Community School is a successful and oversubscribed 11-16 school with 806 students on roll. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff and students.

Requirements:
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work varied hours if required.
  • Reliable and punctual with a calm and professional demeanor.
