About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team at Steer Commercial, part of the Steer Automotive Group. As a Panel Beater, you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components.
  • Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.
  • Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's repair standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.
  • Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background. You will have strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
