We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Stoma Care Nurse to lead our established stoma care nursing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent and will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of surgical nursing and be able to work independently, managing a caseload of patients in both secondary and primary care settings. They will also be able to work as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team and have a specific interest in professional development and service improvement.
Main Duties:- Lead and coordinate the delivery and development of the stoma care specialist nurse service
- Provide clinical leadership, expertise, and specialist clinical advice and support to clinical staff
- Provide the highest standard of holistic care for patients through the utilisation of advanced clinical skills and advice
