Front of House Team Member

We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Matlock Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 20 hours per week, with a pay rate of up to £11.79 per hour. You'll be working a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Make a positive impact on our guests' stay, whether it's serving a meal, making a cocktail, or simply being a friendly face.
